When PeopleTools ApS makes online testing and assessment tools available to customers, as well as when providing consulting services where we solely handle data on behalf of the customer, PeopleTools ApS is a supplier and acts as a data processor. In these cases, a written data processing agreement is entered into, stating the customer’s instructions. Thereafter, PeopleTools ApS will only process the customer’s data in accordance with this agreement.

When you visit peopletools.dk, we collect and process information. The amount and type of information and the purpose depends on which function on the website you use.

We use cookies on the website to measure traffic and learn more about how visitors use the website. We also use cookies to develop and improve the site and to target advertising. A cookie is a text file that is stored on your device so that it is recognized from time to time. Cookies can contain text and numbers, so no personal information is stored in a cookie.

Sign up for our newsletter

When you sign up for the PeopleTools newsletter, this is based on an active action on your part. This is done through a form you fill out with your personal data. We store and use your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can do this by clicking “Unsubscribe Newsletter” or contact PeopleTools ApS.

The registration form only contains personal data to be used for sending emails: first name and email address. This personal data is used for the purpose of sending newsletters with inspiration for HR work, psychology, recruitment, products, news and other relevant information that you have confirmed you wish to receive. Therefore, no Personal Data is collected when you sign up for the PeopleTools newsletter.

As a certified member, you will receive 4-5 service emails annually.

Your rights

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

  • Access: You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. This is done by contacting PeopleTools ApS and requesting access to personal data.
  • Rectification and erasure: You have the right to request rectification, supplementary processing, erasure or blocking of the personal data we process about you.
  • Restriction of processing: In exceptional circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Objection: You have the right to ask PeopleTools ApS not to process your personal data in cases where this is based on Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate address).
  • Data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way PeopleTools ApS processes your personal data.

Safety and security

At PeopleTools ApS, we process your personal data based on an IT Security Policy. Only a limited number of people have access to personal data.

Processing of personal data

To be a customer with us, we need to collect the following personal data about you: Name, address, email and phone number, and possibly bank details.

The purpose is to process your purchase and delivery of our service and to manage our relationship. We use the term “legal obligation” in connection with the Danish Bookkeeping Act and “Fulfillment of contract”.

In order to be a supplier and partner with us, we need to collect the following personal data about you: Name, phone and email.

The purpose is to process our purchases/services and manage our relationship. We use the legal basis “legal obligation” in connection with the Danish Bookkeeping Act and “balancing of interests”.

If you do not want us to process this information, it may be problematic to maintain and fulfill any agreements you may have entered into.

Privacy policy for recruitment recruitment

Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the submitted material is read by the relevant manager in order to answer and assess the content in relation to a defined job.

The application and attachments are shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and are not disclosed to anyone outside the company.

The application and attachments are stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After this, the application and attachments will be deleted.

For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted.
