At PeopleTools, we train and certify you in using our profile tools for e.g. recruitment, leadership development and team development. As a certified PeopleTools assessor, you can provide a professional, respectful and value-adding personal assessment that creates a safe and positive experience for the candidate or employee. At the same time, you will be able to identify a person’s expected job behavior, needs and motivation and work effectively with personal development and coaching.
Included in the certification is:
- 2-day externship course and 1 follow-up day.
- Completion and feedback on your own PeopleTools profile.
- Free trial profiles during the certification period.
- Starter kit in the form of Introduction Booklets. These are free for certified users.
- Support tools in the form of the games PeopleQuest and PeopleTwist.
- 1 set of Talent Cards.
- 1-3 annual catered ERFA events – held both in Jutland and Zealand.

Are you certified in another profile tool?
If you are an experienced user of testing tools and personal profiles or already certified in another profile tool, PeopleTools also offers a one-day certification.
One certification gives you a complete profile toolbox
The certification consists of a two-day course and a follow-up day. Prior to certification, you complete a personal profile and receive feedback from a PeopleTools consultant. Before the follow-up day, as part of the certification, you must complete three test feedback sessions.
We hold certifications on an ongoing basis in Jutland and the Greater Copenhagen area.
During the certification, we work with theory, ethics and practical training in feedback. You will gain a thorough insight and understanding of the PeopleTools Person Profile, including how it is structured and how it can be used. Through training, you’ll be ready to use profile tools as soon as you leave our certification course
In this seminar, we will work with the application of the PeopleTools Fundamental 6 profile for group and team development – including collaborative relationships, potential conflicts and innovation in teams.
Certification in the Personal Profile
