At PeopleTools, we make it easy to get started using profile tools. When you buy a certification from us, you get access to use all our tools. We are thorough in our approach and the certification is particularly praised for its focus on training, application and ethics.
A certification with us costs DKK 5,500 and there are no ongoing costs for having an active certification.

Training on responsible use of AI when working with personal profiles
AI can make profiling faster, sharper and more valuable – when used responsibly and with human judgment.
PeopleTools’ AI feature helps you structure profile insights, save time in preparation and translate data into accurate, relevant perspectives. AI supports the professional conversation, but never replaces professionalism, ethics or curiosity about people.
The PeopleTools certification teaches you how to use AI safely and professionally together with the profile tools. You’ll get concrete methods to create more value in your work without leaving decisions to technology – and always with people at the center.
Certification in Personal Profiling
In the certification, we work with theory, ethics and practical training in feedback. You will gain a solid understanding of the PeopleTools Person Profile and be ready to use all profile tools after the course.
Certification in cognitive testing
This virtual certification gives you insight into the theory behind intelligence and cognitive ability. You will understand how tests are used for measurement, be introduced to our cognitive test PTC and receive training in feedback.
Specialist modules
Once certified, you can choose specialized modules:
