User seminar in the Collaboration Profile - team development with a focus on personal strengths, weaknesses and potentials
The seminar uses theory and case studies to explore the use of the Collaboration Profile for group and team development, including collaborative relationships, potential conflicts and innovation in teams.
You’ll be equipped to prepare and interpret team profiles and analyze how this knowledge is applied in teams. You will also work with different levels of learning in teams, as well as the process considerations and differences that are possible obstacles to learning.

User seminar in the Leader Profile - when you need to uncover resources, competencies and development areas in your leaders
The seminar is aimed at those who want to use PeopleTool’s leadership profile, a tool for 360° evaluation, in leadership development and talent development. As an extension of the Personal Profile, you will train in the preparation, interpretation and delivery of the PeopleTools Leadership Profile. You will work with leadership development from an ethical, strategic, tactical and operational level. Including clarification and prioritization of the most important development areas, as well as employee involvement.
After the course you will be able to:
- Uncover the manager’s resources and tools
- Facilitate leadership development processes with a focus on competence development
- Enable managers to understand and work on their leadership behavior based on relevant stakeholders’ assessment.

Before the course, you will complete a PeopleTools Personal Profile and receive personalized feedback from a PeopleTools consultant who will work with you to identify your potential and points of attention as a feedback provider.
The certification is an intensive 2-day external course + 1 follow-up day.
After the two days, you will complete 3 test feedback sessions as part of your certification.
On the follow-up day, you will receive your certificate upon satisfactory evaluation. You then have the right to use the PeopleTools Personal Profile on an individual level.
Certification in the Personal Profile – solid personal assessment tools for your recruitment or development tasks
PeopleTools trains and certifies internal and external consultants to use our profile and process tools for e.g. recruitment, leadership development and team development.
During the course, you will learn more about:
- The theoretical and empirical foundation of the profile
- The statistical calculation basis
- The Code of Conduct.
After the course you will be able to:
- uncover a candidate/employee’s personality, expected behavior on the job, needs and motivation.
- Provide a professional, respectful and value-adding assessment that creates a safe and positive experience for the candidate/employee.
- work effectively with personal development and coaching.
After completing the certification, you will have access to our system as well as our other free tools associated with the profile.

The course lasts 1 day
At the end of the certification, you will receive:
- A copy of our PeopleToolBox – a booklet with exercises that can be used to facilitate processes involving the Collaboration Profile.
- A set of PeopleTools Profile Cards, which are included in many of the exercises in PeopleToolBox
- A separate exercise booklet where the exercises link directly to the profile’s factors and reports.
