Statistics and validity

A relevant test design and reasonable accuracy are among the prerequisites for a test to measure personality traits. PeopleTools conducts ongoing validity and reliability testing to ensure that the profiling tools continue to measure accurately and consistently. Those profiled are measured against a relevant statistical, business-oriented reference group that is regularly updated. In addition to being based on a relevant professional reference group, the profiles are characterized by high reliability, high validity measures and lean closely on recognized research on personality structure (Big Five).
