Elisabeth Thordal Bøgeskov
Special Consultant and Partner
Licensed psychologist with clinical training in
Psychometrics
Tel. 61 31 25 88
Elisabeth is the office psychometrician and partner at PeopleTools. She’s a psychologist, but of the special breed that not only loves people, but also numbers and statistics. She is quite factual, structured and detail-oriented, and this comes through when she ensures that we measure people’s personalities as accurately as possible. Her interest in human interaction is expressed when she teaches on the certification course, assists in recruitment or enjoys a good chat and sparring with our users on a daily basis.
In her free time, the combination of structure and impulsiveness in Elisabeth’s profile means her calendar fills up quickly. She enjoys the company of a large circle of friends, traveling the world and a good sweat at CrossFit, and she even has a national team title under her belt from the niche sport Ultimate Frisbee.
Jane is one of the office’s Senior Consultants, she has a Master’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University, “all the way back from the Middle Ages” aka 2007.
Most recently, Jane has immersed herself in Open Dialogue Meeting Management and she is concerned with creating dialog without being controlling and expert, which correlates well with Jane’s mark in Ydmyg.
Jane provides training in certifications, personal profiling, consultancy, and recruitment support and advice.
Jane has a good eye for development, but won’t initiate without some planning and structure, as she says she has a “black belt in the discipline of calendar warfare”.
Leisure time is spent locally in Skanderborg in an old townhouse from 1885 with conservation value 5. The house purchase is part of Jane’s profile, where she likes to take calculated risks. In addition, she spends her free time supporting and transporting her son, who, according to himself, is a future Schmeichel on the national team. He certainly doesn’t have the same impact in Ydmyg as his mother.
Poul is one of the owners of PeopleTools and, according to his colleagues at the office, works on “a little bit of everything.” He originally trained as an officer in the army and served in the military for 25 years. Since then, Poul has worked in the private sector in HR and as a consultant. He has supplemented his education with a higher education diploma (HD) in organization, two consulting programs, project management certification, and quite a bit more.
He spends much of his time developing the company in relation to both customers and products. He also handles a good part of PeopleTools’ consulting tasks, with a particular focus on recruitment tasks and support for management teams.
Leisure time is active and always has been, which is probably related to a relatively high results orientation, introversion and a somewhat holistic approach to things. Orienteering, adventure racing, hiking, cycling, etc. take up a lot of my free time, along with my family and dog (who is often dragged into the forest and mountains).
Niels Sparre is a cand. and eMBA in Business Psychology and has experience as both a manager and consultant.
Niels’ focus is on recruitment, leadership teams and strategy execution, and with a significant score on “Result”, Niels gets the team that actually delivers. In addition, his score on “Approachability” means he challenges the dialog and holds firm so that the important and relevant things are talked about.
His free time is mainly focused on physical activities – and he loves the mountains in both summer and winter.
Ninna is one of the office’s consultants. Her background as a psychologist has shaped her interest in the intersection between personality psychology and occupational psychology—an interest she developed early in her studies and has maintained ever since, which speaks well to her persistent nature.
Among other things, Ninna handles certifications, recruitment tasks, and supports selected development projects. While she enjoys immersing herself in her work, she also thrives on varied tasks that offer opportunities to learn and explore new perspectives.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the sweet kitchen, where she experiments with both bread and cakes. This passion is likely rooted in the fact that she is the daughter of a pastry chef, but it also reflects her desire to deliver visible, high-quality results—especially when it comes to baking a good cake for friends and colleagues.

Camilla is one of the office’s consultants, has a cand.merc. in Organization & Strategy and operates with a wide range of tasks to keep the work week from becoming too trivial.
She runs recruitment processes from initial dialog with customers until the candidate has signed. In addition, Camilla also searches for relevant candidates, provides profile feedback and facilitates workshops for both teams and management groups.
Her approach is to focus on a good process for everyone involved, keeping on top of planning and details so that nothing falls between two chairs.
Camilla spends her spare time in the JCI (Junior Chamber International) network, where she holds leadership positions, acts as project manager and facilitator and participates in countless events at home and abroad. In addition, she creates safety in the evening and nightlife as a Natteravn, and she can celebrate her 10th anniversary in 2025.
Emma is an intern and one of the office’s consultants; she is pursuing a master’s degree in psychology in Aarhus.
She is particularly interested in industrial and organizational psychology and in how personality profiles can provide insight into people’s behavior, motivation, and differences, and support recruitment, collaboration, well-being, and development within organizations.
Emma provides support on consulting projects and conducts feedback sessions on personality profiles in connection with our certifications. With her structured and disciplined approach, her eye for relationships and collaboration, and her ability to translate insights into concrete actions, she helps create safe processes and meaningful development.
When Emma isn’t working or studying psychology, she enjoys spending her time going for walks with her dog, having good conversations with her friends, working on creative pottery projects at the potter’s wheel, enjoying good food, practicing yoga and mindfulness, or spending a relaxing evening on the couch watching a good TV show.
Nanna is one of the office’s consultants; she is studying psychology in Aarhus.
She is particularly interested in work and organizational psychology, since work takes up a large part of our lives; she is therefore fascinated by how different personality profiles can be leveraged in ways that both strengthen the community and produce results.
Nanna provides assistance with consulting projects, administrative tasks, and practical duties around the office. With a mix of curiosity and humility, she sees challenges as opportunities to learn. She thrives on variety and is eager to take on new tasks while learning from her colleagues.
When she’s not at work or school, Nanna is motivated by a sense of community and small, everyday experiences that break up the routine. She volunteers with the ADHD Association, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and finds joy in sports and various hobby projects.
