Niels Sparre is a cand. and eMBA in Business Psychology and has experience as both a manager and consultant.
Niels’ focus is on recruitment, leadership teams and strategy execution, and with a significant score on “Result”, Niels gets the team that actually delivers. In addition, his score on “Approachability” means he challenges the dialog and holds firm so that the important and relevant things are talked about.
His free time is mainly focused on physical activities – and he loves the mountains in both summer and winter.
Camilla is one of the office’s consultants, has a cand.merc. in Organization & Strategy and operates with a wide range of tasks to keep the work week from becoming too trivial.
She runs recruitment processes from initial dialog with customers until the candidate has signed. In addition, Camilla also searches for relevant candidates, provides profile feedback and facilitates workshops for both teams and management groups.
Her approach is to focus on a good process for everyone involved, keeping on top of planning and details so that nothing falls between two chairs.
Camilla spends her spare time in the JCI (Junior Chamber International) network, where she holds leadership positions, acts as project manager and facilitator and participates in countless events at home and abroad. In addition, she creates safety in the evening and nightlife as a Natteravn, and she can celebrate her 10th anniversary in 2025.
